I had my P800 syncing with Notes 6.5 perfectly from day one using PC Suite 1.5.1 and then I fiddled and it stopped syncing my Calendar and Tasks (I only had these two options checked)
What did I do:
I deinstalled PC Suite
Backed up Notes.ini, Names.nsf,Desktop.ndk, my mail file and Notes.id and anything other local Db's that I needed.
Deinstalled Notes 6.5 and cleaned up any directories and files.
Re installed R5.09a
Copied all my backed up files into the relevant directories EXECPT my mail file.
Replicated a brand new local copy and replaced the Design of the Mail file to ensure it was bog standard.
Re Install PC Suite 1.5.1
Setup my sync to work with my local copy of my mail file. I did not give explict pathing to the my mail file, just the mail file name and password
Plugged my phone into the Sync Station and ensured USB Connection happened.
And it worked, my calendar, Tasks are back.
I then upgraded to Notes 6.5, replaced the Design on my Mail file and Names.nsf and it still works.
